Short story, we had a great time rocking the REMIX youth services at New Beginnings Community Church. We appreciate the trust and support of their staff from bringing us in especially on Easter Sunday.

“PROJECTX: UPRISING OF A GENERATION” is  the official launch party of One Life Movement & the return of UnCensored (A monthly urban worship gathering for young adults started in 2010) it also is an initiative to unite The Body of Christ through our generation & The mission of the event is to connect young believers & leaders from around our city & state, encourage & empower them to be bold in their faith and push them to become more socially aware & relentless in serving, reaching, & impacting the world for Christ.  The night will consist of a time of networking, prayer for our generation, a mini concert by various artists, and a word of empowerment.  The event is free, however donations are being accepted with the proceeds going towards ending human trafficking around the world through the A21 campaign, ending homelessness through our partners at the Harvest Center of Charlotte, and developing mentoring programs for inner city youth living in the Genesis Park/Double Oaks community of Charlotte.

So the first date for the Sleeping Giants Tour has been confirmed! We’re thankful to New Beginnings Community Church for inviting us to join their Easter Sunday teen services and give them a little taste of what the tour has in store.

This would be a great opportunity for you to invite your unsaved or those without a church home to come out and celebrate the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ with us.

Most times in today’s society we equate things being better when they’re bigger or in other words, if it’s not BIG it’s not very successful. I’ve always been a believer of quality over quantity and as I continue to progress in life it becomes more apparent that that is the truth.

So if i ever get to a place where my name is in “lights” and I’m involved in all of the biggest events nationwide but I lose my desire to see God work through me and touch those in attendance spiritually, bigger is NOT better! If concerts on my calendar become mundane dates of detachment, bigger is NOT better. If I begin to care less about giving my all, bigger is NOT better!

The Lord knows what I can handle(1 Cor. 10:13) so my prayer is that I will be content with what ever that is and that I would be used to make a genuine impact on those God places in my path.

What up family!?!?

I know it’s been months since the last time I’ve updated you with the latest that’s going on with a brother. Sorry about that but you know life never stops and sometimes you have to re-prioritize.

Well guess what…the silence is over and I thought to myself, what better way to break the silence than to announce that I will be going on tour! Yup Yup! I’ve partnered with a few of my brothers(Omega Sparx, Mike Shelton & DJT) and instead of waiting for some tour to scoop us up, the Lord has given us a vision and we have decided to take it upon ourselves to launch our own tour. We are very excited and know this is a BIG undertaking but we know we serve a BIGGER God so we trust that what he chooses to do through this tour will blow our minds.

Yup, Elevation Church and I teamed up for another piece entitled “Prodigy”. The heart behind the piece is to remind believers that we are all prodigies created by God and when we live like we believe that truth, as a body, great things happen. (Check out Pastor Steven Furtick’s sermon series HERE)

As always with Elevation Church this was a experience like no other I’ve experienced.
